Disappointed that they did not call to advise me that I needed preauthorization for a prescription refill. After preauthorization, they never called to advise me that preauthorization was received. Needed to pay $60+ for 1 week of meds. On the bright side OTC meds are incredibly affordable.

Wired in line for twenty minutes just to be told to sit and wait. After an hour of waiting, I got back in line and my stuff was ready. They never called my name or anything. I know that they are busy but the pharmacy upstairs is much better.
