3G Vacuum

I took my vacuum in for repair, didn't call me for a estimated amount it would cost to repair or estimated time when it would be done. Had to call to see if it was done, no answer. Sent a message and received a response 2 days later. Wife picked it up and seamed price was high for the repair. Vacuum was not operating like when I bought it. Researched the part that was replaced and it was a 1/8 of the price for 5 of them that were replaced. The filters were mentioned to be replaced, could get 6 sets of filters for what they were going to charge for! Do your research before pursuing a place for repair. Very disappointed!
