Rude disrespectful coworkers, incompetent management and if you enjoy giving up your free time for free this is the place for you, no pay until you get loaded so your working for free for at least 3 hours a day which is completely and totally illegal which this company is about to find out. Absolutely one of the worst driving jobs I've ever had they have absolutely no idea about what you are doing or where you are going 7days a week you work, your responsibilities include washing, greasing, rotating tires pretty much you are an owner operator without any of the benefits of being an owner operator the job and work schedule SUCKS

My father was recently employed under A1 Excavating, but quit after only a couple weeks because of his extremely disrespectful and incompetent coworkers. One specific worker would insult my father over the radio for all to hear, including my dad. He was very careless and lazy, often hiding behind dirt mounds to text all day; he was not the only one. My family and I are extremely disgusted with them and will never recommend anyone to this company.
